Our Return Policy

As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Upon delivery, customers have a 14-day window to initiate a return request and request either a refund or exchange. To facilitate the process, a complimentary return slip can be obtained by filling out the appropriate form found on our

contact page. To qualify for a refund or exchange, the items must be returned in their original packaging and in pristine, unused condition within 14 days of notifying Sphaera  Watch Co. of the decision to return. Upon receipt of the returned items, Sphaera  Watch Co. will initiate a refund of the original purchase price. If exchanging for a different product, we will promptly send out the replacement once the returned item has been received.

Please note that damaged, incomplete, or contaminated items will not be accepted for return or exchange. Such items cannot be resold, and hence, no refund or exchange will be granted.
